Ken directs the Children’s Choir, Adult Choir (Schola), Mid-Chimers (Middle-School Bell Choir), the St. Agnes Elementary School Liturgies, and The Bells of St. Agnes (Adult Bell Choir). His responsibilities also include liturgical celebrations such as weekend Masses, funerals, and celebrations of the sacraments.  He collaborates with the diocesan Office of Worship for diocesan celebrations at the Cathedral.

Ken has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Missouri State University; a Master of Religious Education from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas; and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. He is married to Karen Pesek, director of the Office of Religious Education and Safe Environment Coordinator for the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau.  They are parents of two teens, two adult children and one grandchild.
